Privacy notice

This notice is issued by EymVip as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we process: Your name, phone number and email address, pick-up and drop-off points, date, time, flight number, number of passengers and suitcases, vehicle preference and notes you share through our booking and contact forms.

Purposes: To review your transfer request, contact you, and plan and carry out your journey.

Legal basis: Processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract related to your request, and for our legitimate interests.

Sharing: Your data is shared only with the driver carrying out your trip and with authorities where required by law.

Retention: Requests that do not lead to a trip are deleted within a reasonable time; records of completed trips are kept for the legally required periods.
